FINN'S FRIEND

On Friday Finn brought in his pet skink to show the class. It was very shy and kept hiding under logs and stones!

  It was interesting to watch the skink and find out all about it's habitat and what it likes to eat.

SELF PORTRAITS

In Art we have been learning to create a self-portrait. We learnt about the dimensions of drawing a face. Then we drew our portrait.

We used pastels, dye and paint to complete our masterpieces.

READING ROTATIONS

We have been working well in our Reading Rotations.We work around 4 literacy stations while we are all taken for our reading lessons.
We are learning to work independently, cooperate and manage our own behaviour.

MAX'S NEWS

In Maths we are learning about Statistics.

DISCOVERY TIME

On Friday we had our first Discovery time. We were working on the Key Competency of RELATING TO OTHERS. We were cooperating, sharing and listening to each other.

Then we shared with the class what we had done and how we had worked well...
